    Graham is a career banker and former Chief Executive of Bank of Queensland. Under his leadership the bank experienced outstanding growth and development in both assets and profitability. On his retirement from that position, Graham accepted positions as director of a range of companies with diverse activities including finance, wastewater management and biomass power development.Graham is also Chairman of the Transport Industry Superannuation Fund, and Deputy Chairman of MCU Credit Union. Graham was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his outstanding contribution to banking and finance, agriculture, education and the Arts and medical science.

    Graham brings a wealth of Banking and Finance experience and has an extensive network of contacts in both the Corporate and Government sectors.

  • Managing Director Arthur Watts has had over 38 years’ professional experience ,including project management of all phases of renewable energy, water and other infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia and the management of project identification, prefeasibility and feasibility studies for such projects.

    Arthur has gained a practical understanding and appreciation of hydropower energy projects in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere. Arthur also has extensive senior level general management experience and in the past sat on Austrade’s Infrastructure Advisory Board and the Electricity Energy Industry Export Council.

    Andrew is a Director of Waratah Power in the Sydney office. Andrew has spent his career providing strategic advice and innovative solutions to a range of consulting clients, and developing low-carbon project solution structures and projects from a consulting engineering and commercial perspective. He is experienced in commercial venture structuring, partnering, and management of prefeasibility and feasibility studies for different renewable energy technologies and applications.
  • Corporate General Counsel Matt is a partner for leading international law firm Clayton Utz in their Corporate Department specialising in M&A, capital markets and managed funds work. He has worked extensively with listed property trusts and infrastructure funds for many years and is considered among Australia’s leading practitioners in this area.
  • GM AsiaRod has 50 years engineering experience, much of which is dedicated to hydropower. He has held senior corporate and team positions on projects across Asia and Africa. He has led interdisciplinary teams in investigation, design and construction of numerous hydropower projects. Rod lives in Kuala Lumpur, and is responsible for technical leadership for Waratah Power projects in Asia.
